The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.
In a directive signed by the Acting Deputy Director-General (Q & A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, the Service instructed all Regional Directors of Education to notify District Directors and Heads of Schools about the placement release.
GES emphasised that admissions must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. It warned that no school should admit students outside the official placement process without prior written approval from the Service.
According to the directive, students placed under the system are expected to report to their respective schools on October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have also been instructed to conduct registration in line with guidelines provided by GES to ensure a smooth process.
The Service further cautioned that any breaches of the directive—including unauthorised admissions—would attract administrative sanctions. Regional and District Directors have therefore been tasked to provide strict supervisory support to ensure full compliance.
GES underscored that the cooperation of all stakeholders is essential to safeguard transparency and ensure the success of the 2025 admission process.
