Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has hosted leaders of the American Jewish Community (AJC) as part of their working visit to the country, underscoring Ghana’s longstanding commitment to global cooperation and cultural inclusion.

Describing the engagement as deeply gratifying, the Minister highlighted the strong relationship between Ghana and the Jewish community, noting the vibrant and highly skilled Jewish population that has contributed immensely to national development. Their impact, he emphasized, spans key sectors including education, agriculture, construction, security, public health, information technology, logistics and pharmaceuticals.

Hon. Ablakwa reaffirmed Ghana’s reputation as an open, safe and welcoming nation, where diversity and international alliances are respected and nurtured. He assured the AJC delegation that Ghana will continue to uphold the values of tolerance, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect that have long defined the country’s global outlook.

The visit forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen diplomatic ties and enhance collaboration between Ghana and international communities committed to development and humanitarian partnerships.
